The electric constant-temperature forced-air drying oven generates heat via electric heating tubes and utilizes a fan to circulate hot air uniformly throughout the chamber, thereby facilitating the rapid drying and heating of items.

 

The vacuum drying oven employs a vacuum pump to evacuate the chamber, creating a negative-pressure vacuum environment that lowers the boiling point of liquids; this allows moisture or other solvents within samples to evaporate rapidly at lower temperatures, thereby achieving the drying objective. Its critical component is the vacuum system, which comprises a vacuum pump, valves, and a control system. Furthermore, the vacuum drying oven is specifically designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, or easily oxidizable substances; it is capable of purging the interior with inert gas, enabling operation in an oxygen-free or inert-gas environment to prevent oxidation.

 

Vacuum drying ovens are suitable for substances that are prone to oxidation, volatility, or heat sensitivity, whereas forced-air drying ovens are appropriate for items with harder surfaces that are not easily volatile or susceptible to oxidation. The forced-air drying oven heats air using built-in electric heaters and utilizes a fan to forcibly circulate the hot air, ensuring uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber; through convection, it carries away moisture from the surface of the samples to achieve the desired drying effect.
