Product Overview

 

The non-combustibility tester uses a vertical tube furnace to determine the non-combustibility of building materials and to judge whether a material is non-combustible.

The apparatus can fully meet both GB/T 5464 and ISO 1182 international standards at the same time.

The equipment keeps the furnace temperature at 750 +/- 5 degrees C for more than 60 minutes in order to achieve accurate test results.

Product Features

 

  • Heating furnace: Phi95 mm x Phi75 mm x 150 mm.
  • Resistance strip: 3 mm x 0.2 m, nickel 80% and chromium 20%.
  • Air flow hood: Phi75 mm x 500 mm.

PLC Control and Heating Programs

 

  • The programmable logic controller (PLC) automates the heating process through modern electronic components, greatly extending furnace service life.
  • Thyristor voltage regulation is used, and the PLC output signal controls the heating voltage from 0 to 110 VAC to eliminate the effect of voltage fluctuation on temperature.
  • The PLC works with a solid-state relay to realize PID heating control, ensuring the temperature rises uniformly to 750 +/- 1 degrees C, and the time from room temperature to 750 degrees C is less than or equal to 45 minutes.
  • Maximum relative average temperature deviation: less than or equal to 10 degrees C within 10 minutes.
  • Three built-in programs are provided: new furnace heating, calibration heating, and normal test heating.
  • An embedded integrated 7-inch touch screen enables control parameter setting and display, experimental data acquisition and storage, screen monitoring, real-time temperature curve display, and historical curve and data query.
  • The system has audible alarm and alarm event display functions.
  • Test reports and test curves can be printed freely without an additional printer.
