Product Overview
This heat of combustion tester for building materials is developed according to the requirements of GB/T 14402.
A specimen of building material or product with a certain mass is placed in a constant-volume oxygen bomb calorimeter to determine the constant-volume heat of combustion of the material.
The apparatus is suitable for testing the heat of combustion of building materials.

Equipment Features
- The equipment mainly includes a calorimeter device, high-pressure oxygen bomb, cooling water device, microcomputer measurement and control system with recording and curve display, liquid crystal screen, and software.
- The crucible is made of stainless steel.
- The cabinet adopts a spray-painted finish. All internal parts are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
- Automatic detection of ignition wire breakage and automatic ignition.
- Automatic flameout during the test process.
- Imported high-precision PT100 temperature sensor and a 16-bit PLC temperature module ensure the reliability and accuracy of measured data.
- Audible alarm prompt for abnormal test conditions.
- An isothermal calorimetry system is used, equipped with a compressor refrigeration device that can automatically adjust and maintain constant water temperature.
Computer Control System
- Control parameter setting and display, together with test status and fault display and query.
- Automatic acquisition and storage of temperature data, screen monitoring, and real-time temperature curve display.
- Historical curve and data query, USB data export, and printable output.
- The control cabinet is equipped with USB/RS232 serial ports and supports operation through an external branded desktop computer or laptop supplied by the user.
- The system has a high level of automation, a safe and reliable testing process, and convenient operation.
