Product Overview

 

This tester satisfies the technical indexes and requirements specified in GA/T42.2-1992.

 

It is suitable for determining the mass loss rate and flaming combustion time of interior decorative wood products treated by flame-retardant impregnation, with thickness not greater than 20 mm, under specified burning conditions.

  • A trapezoidal observation window is arranged on the conical surface above the metal mesh, with top width 27 mm, bottom width 48 mm, and height 39 mm.
  • A circular specimen fixing ring of diameter 48 mm is installed inside the fire tube and made of 3.2 mm steel wire.
  • Temperature indication range is 0-800 C, accuracy class 1.0, used together with a thermocouple.
  • Imported flow regulation valve provides precise flame height control, with flow range 0.025-0.25 m3/h.
  • Imported brand pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve.
