Product Introduction
The TESTech protective gloves contact cold test machine is designed and manufactured according to GBT 38304 for hand protection cold protective gloves. It can test the temperature drop value of gloves under contact conditions and calculate glove thermal resistance.
The equipment is mainly used to evaluate the ability of gloves to resist hand heat loss and to simulate glove performance against low-temperature injury in cold environments.




Structural Features
- The test apparatus consists of the testing device, test chamber, and control system.
- Test chamber made of stainless steel with attractive appearance and corrosion resistance.

- Heating disk made of low-carbon steel, diameter 330 mm.

Heating System
- The heating system consists of a low-carbon steel disk, annular heater, temperature controller, solid-state relay, and temperature sensor.
- The low-carbon steel disk is annealed with a smooth surface, diameter 330 mm, and thickness approximately 6 mm.
- The annular heater consists of two heating rings with powers of 75 W and 125 W connected in parallel under the low-carbon steel disk.
- Temperature sensor is a copper-constantan thermocouple with diameter 0.20-0.315 mm and accuracy not less than 0.01 C.


Pressure Test System
- The pressure test system consists of pressure plate, weights, and pressure sensor.
- Pressure plate is made of stainless steel, diameter 330 mm, with attractive and corrosion-resistant finish.
- Pressure sensor range 0-10 kPa, accuracy ±0.1 kPa.


Air Velocity Control System
- The air velocity control system consists of fan, air duct, frequency converter, and anemometer.
- Air duct made of stainless steel for good appearance and corrosion resistance.
- Frequency converter automatically controls chamber air velocity at 0.25-0.1 m/s as provided.
- Imported anemometer used to test chamber air velocity.
- Anemometer range 0-2 m/s, accuracy 0.1 m/s.
Temperature Acquisition System
- The temperature control system consists of temperature sensors, PLC acquisition module, and computer software.
- Temperature sensors are copper-constantan thermocouples with diameter 0.20-0.315 mm and accuracy not less than 0.01 C.
- Integrated PLC acquisition module with acquisition accuracy 0.1 C and acquisition cycle 0.1 s.
- Labview intelligent software continuously records and displays real-time temperature curves and can save temperature data.
Electrical Control System
- PLC plus computer control system for intelligent testing with automatic recording and storage of test data.
- Upper computer communicates with PLC through RS485 for data transfer and motion control.
- Automatic heating system links PID temperature control module and SSR module for automatic temperature regulation.
- Air velocity control system uses signal acquisition and control modules linked to the PLC for intelligent adjustment of preset air velocity.
- Temperature control module communicates with the PLC for real-time acquisition, processing, and calculation of temperature data.
Software System
- Labview-based software with user-friendly interface and accurate control.
- Software displays instrument status, collects test data, calculates results, displays results according to the standard, and averages multiple tests.
- Computer software continuously records and displays real-time temperature curves and automatically processes and stores or prints data tables and curves.
- Software automatically records chamber temperature, air velocity, and sample temperature data.
- Database query function allows searches by sample number and test date.
- Test time can be freely set in software to satisfy more testing needs.
- Software can automatically generate and print test reports, and stored data and reports can be queried freely.
