This equipment is designed and developed according to ASTP 5007-2006. It shares the same control system with the alcohol lamp combustion tester and is additionally equipped with a gas control system and gas piping to save cost for the customer to the greatest extent possible.

• Cabinet dimensions: 535 mm x 535 mm x 535 mm.
• Painted cabinet with black-painted interior as required by the standard, corrosion-resistant.
• Air inlet and exhaust holes of 216 mm diameter on the left and right sides of the cabinet.
• The air inlet is equipped with a blower controlling wind speed from 0 to 300 ft/min within 8.5 s ±1 s.
• Large glass observation window for convenient observation of specimen burning state.
• Ergonomic industrial design with easy access to the specimen and burner pull rod.
• All fixtures made of SUS 304 stainless steel with integrated horizontal and vertical burning design for easy operation and space saving.
• SUS 304 stainless steel flame height gauge.
• Stainless steel ruler with 0.5 mm accuracy.
• Anemometer mounted at the top of the test chamber for blower speed calibration.
• The test chamber shares one complete testing system with the alcohol lamp combustion tester to reduce cost.

• Imported American Bunsen burner with tube length 100 mm ±10 mm and inner diameter 11 mm.
• The burner fully complies with IEC 60695-11-4 burner requirements.
• The burner itself can regulate gas flow and air inlet amount.
• Imported flow meter and precision needle valve for accurate control of combustion gas flow.
• Imported high-precision pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge, range 0-0.4 MPa.

• Programmable controller with 7-inch touch screen for control, testing, calculation, and data display.
• High-voltage pulse electronic automatic ignition.
• Timing button works with PLC to automatically record and store burning time.
• No handheld stopwatch or manual timing required; the system automatically records test time and generates test reports.
• Test time and flame application time can be freely set on the touch screen to satisfy various test standards.
• Automatic timer records test time, stores it in the system, and allows report retrieval.
• Top exhaust fan removes combustion exhaust after the test. The customer provides the exhaust duct and gas supply.
