This equipment is designed and developed according to ASTP 5007-2006. It shares the same control system platform as the alcohol burner combustion tester, and is additionally equipped with a gas control system and gas circuit, helping customers reduce overall equipment cost as much as possible.

• Chamber dimensions: 535 mm x 535 mm x 535 mm.
• Cabinet is finished with baked paint, with the interior coated in black paint as required by the standard, providing corrosion resistance.
• Left and right sides of the chamber are provided with 216 mm diameter air inlet and exhaust ports; the air inlet is equipped with a blower to control wind speed from 0 to 300 ft/min within 8.5 s +/-1 s.
• Large glass observation window with attractive appearance for convenient observation of specimen burning behavior.
• Advanced industrial design and ergonomic test operation layout allow convenient access to the specimen and burner pull rod.
• All fixtures are made of SUS304 stainless steel; the clamp design integrates both horizontal and vertical burning test modes for convenient operation and space saving.
• Equipped with SUS304 stainless steel flame height ruler.
• Stainless steel ruler with 0.5 mm accuracy.
• Wind speed meter mounted on the top of the test chamber for calibrating air speed generated by the blower inside the chamber.

• Imported Bunsen burner from the United States, burner tube length 100 mm +/-10 mm, inner diameter 11 mm, fully compliant with IEC 60695-11-4 burner requirements.
• The burner itself allows flow adjustment and air intake adjustment.
• Imported flow meter and precision needle valve precisely control combustible gas flow.
• Imported brand high-precision pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge, range 0 to 0.4 MPa.

• Programmable controller with 7-inch touch screen for control, detection, calculation, and data display.
• Automatic ignition with pulsed high-voltage electronic system.
• Timing button works with PLC to automatically record and store burning time.
• No need for hand-held stopwatch or manual timing; the test time system records automatically and generates test reports.
• Test duration and ignition duration can be set on the touch screen to meet multiple testing standard requirements.
• Automatic timer records the test time and stores it in the system for report query.
• Top-mounted smoke exhaust fan removes combustion fumes after testing. Customer should prepare external exhaust ducting and gas supply.
