Product Overview
The TESTech textiles surface burning time tester is designed and developed according to ISO 6941 and GB/T 5456-2009. It also complies with AS 2755.2 and is used to determine the surface burning time of textile fabrics.
It is suitable for textile fabrics with raised surfaces such as napped, looped, tufted, or similar finishes. The equipment is fitted with a touch-screen intelligent control system that allows users to freely select the relevant test program from the start interface, making testing more convenient and straightforward.

- Paint-coated cabinet with transparent observation window.
- Combustion chamber dimensions: 329 mm x 329 mm x 767 mm.
- Electronic automatic ignition.
- Ignition time can be freely set from 0 to 99.99 seconds; afterflame time and afterglow time are automatically recorded and digitally displayed.
- Flame height is adjustable and can be equipped with a flame temperature measuring device.
- The burner is mounted on a sliding track for easy operation and automatic timing when moved to the test position.
- Imported needle valve precisely controls gas flow and adjusts flame height.

- Imported pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve are used to adjust gas pressure.
- Equipped with ISO 6941 specimen holder; specimen size 560 mm x 170 mm, with positioning pins at 150 mm.
