Product Introduction
The TESTech protective gloves convection cold test machine is designed and manufactured according to GBT 38304 for hand protection cold-weather gloves. It is used to test the convective thermal resistance of gloves under a specified temperature difference.
The equipment is mainly used to evaluate the ability of gloves to resist hand heat loss and to simulate the protection performance of gloves against low-temperature injury in cold environments.

Hand Model Heating System
- Hand model heating power not less than 200 W/m2.
- Hand model heater made of resistance wire with heat output range 0 to 200 W/m2.
- Equipped with DC regulated power supply with voltage fluctuation not exceeding ±1 percent.
- PID temperature controller automatically controls hand model temperature within 30-35 C.
- Power display meter automatically monitors hand model heating power.



Constant Temperature and Humidity System
- Composed of water tank, temperature control system, humidity control system, temperature sensor, and humidity sensor.
- Water tank stores purified water to provide humidity source for the chamber.
- Temperature control system automatically controls internal chamber temperature in the range of 0-30 C with deviation less than ±1 percent.
- Humidity sensor accuracy is ±3 percent.



Air Velocity Control System
- Composed of fan, air duct, frequency converter, and anemometer.
- Air duct made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
- Frequency converter automatically controls chamber air velocity at 4 ±0.5 m/s.
- Anemometer measures air velocity inside the chamber.
Temperature Acquisition System
- Consists of temperature sensors, PLC acquisition module, and computer software.
- PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensors, with 3 sensors configured.
- Integrated PLC acquisition module with acquisition accuracy 0.1 C and acquisition cycle 0.1 s.
- Labview software continuously records and displays real-time temperature curves and can save temperature data.
Electrical Control and Software System
- PLC plus computer control system for intelligent testing, automatic recording, and automatic storage of test data.
- Upper computer communicates with PLC through RS485 for data transfer and motion control.
- Automatic heating hand model system links PID temperature control module and power adjustment module for hand model temperature regulation.
- Constant temperature and humidity system automatically controls chamber temperature and humidity to provide standard airflow conditions.
- Air velocity control system uses programmable logic control and signal processing to regulate preset air speed intelligently.
- Temperature control module communicates with the PLC for real-time temperature acquisition, processing, and calculation.
- Labview software displays instrument status, collects test data, calculates results, shows results according to the standard, and averages multiple tests.
- Software continuously records and displays real-time temperature curves and automatically stores or prints tables and curves.
- Software provides database query functions by sample number and test date.
- Test time can be freely set in software.
- Software can automatically generate and print test reports, and stored data and reports can be queried freely.
