• The TESTech Rubber Hose Non-flammability Tester is developed and manufactured according to Appendix A of GB/T 2550-2007 with reference to ISO 3821:1998.
• Under specified test conditions and in an oxygen atmosphere, the equipment judges the non-flammability characteristics of rubber hoses used for welding equipment by maintaining combustion for a specified period in an environment of 360 °C to 365 °C.
• It is suitable for rubber hoses used in gas welding equipment, gas cutting equipment, and similar operations.

• Test chamber made of stainless steel.
• Customized borosilicate glass tube according to the standard, equipped with oxygen inlet, oxygen outlet, thermometer mounting hole, and specimen opening.
• Tungsten wire diameter 0.7 mm, tapered to a pointed tip, length 20 ±0.5 mm.
• Oxygen flowmeter, range 0 to 5 L/min at atmospheric pressure and 15 °C.
• Imported needle valve accurately controls oxygen flow at 2 L/min ±0.1 L/min.
• Thermometer: nitrogen-filled mercury glass thermometer, range 400 °C, scale interval not more than 5 °C, with graduation at least 200 mm above the bulb.
• Electric furnace, 350 W; internal depth 150 mm and diameter 50 mm.
• Equipped with continuously variable output autotransformer for free adjustment of electric furnace temperature.
• Equipped with aluminum foil.
• Power supply: 220 V, 50 Hz; power 500 W.
