• Applicable to research, production, and quality inspection departments for electrical and electronic equipment such as lighting products, low-voltage apparatus, household appliances, machine tool electrics, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connectors, and accessories.
• Also suitable for insulation materials, engineering plastics, and other solid combustible materials industries for small-flame ignition source program simulation tests.

• The tester uses a needle-shaped burner of specified dimensions and supplies it with a designated gas such as butane.
• The burner ignites the sample at a fixed 45° angle, and the ignition hazard is evaluated according to whether the sample ignites, the duration of flaming, and the combustion length.

• Needle-shaped burner made of stainless steel, inner hole diameter 0.5 ±0.1 mm, outer diameter not greater than 0.9 mm, and length not less than 35 mm.
• Burner angle can be vertical for flame height adjustment and measurement, or inclined at 45° during testing.
• Combustion gas: 95% butane gas or propane gas.
• Ignition pad layer: white pine board, 10 mm thick, surface covered with 12 to 30 g/m2 standard paper, positioned 200 ±5 mm below the flame application point.
• Flame height: 12 ±1 mm, with flame height measuring device.
• Ignition duration adjustable from 0 to 999.9 s, typically set at 30 s.
• Burn duration adjustable from 0 to 999.9 s, automatically recorded and manually paused.
• Test volume greater than 0.5 m3, with optional customization to 0.75 m3 cubic or 1 m3 according to customer requirements.
• System equipped with PLC and touch screen for more intelligent testing.
• Procedure is automatically controlled during the test and includes an independent ventilation system.
• Dimensions: 1000 mm x 650 mm x 1300 mm; exhaust port diameter: 150 mm.
• Test power supply: 220 V AC, 50 Hz.

• External dimensions of the test box: 1200 mm x 650 mm x 1300 mm.
• Internal dimensions of the combustion chamber: 900 mm x 650 mm x 1100 mm.

• Temperature calibration device is optional.
• Flame temperature requirement: heating from 100 ±2 °C to 700 ±3 °C shall be completed within 23.5 ±1.0 seconds.
