This tester is mainly used for flame-retardant performance standard testing in applications such as children's sleepwear.
Advantages of the Integrated Fume Hood Design
- This test produces a large amount of smoke, and according to the standard the combustion chamber itself cannot include a ventilation system. A conventional combustion chamber therefore needs to be placed in an additional laboratory fume hood.
- If a standard tester is placed inside a common fume hood, the control box either has to be placed inside the hood, where it is quickly contaminated by smoke and the electrical parts may be damaged, or outside the hood, which requires an extra table, creates inconvenient operating distance, and complicates connections.
- The integrated fume hood design developed by TESTech integrates the control box on the side of the hood while fully isolating it from the combustion chamber, ensuring cleanliness and convenient operation.
- The exhaust control and lighting control of the fume hood are integrated into the combustion control system and intelligently controlled through the touch screen, greatly improving ease of operation and test automation.
- The integrated fume hood also considers standard air velocity requirements and is designed with adjustable air inlets and air velocity control devices to achieve the required control range.
- The fully integrated design provides a unified appearance, attractive layout, and convenient operation, and has been well accepted by customers.
