The TESTech anti-igniting test machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 17927-2011, Evaluation of the anti-ignition characteristics of mattresses and sofas. The equipment simulates cigarettes and match-like flame sources as ignition sources for anti-ignition testing of upholstered furniture.

This equipment is suitable for testing and evaluating the anti-ignition characteristics of mattresses, sofas, and other upholstered furniture used in public places, as well as upholstered furniture components.

• Combustion chamber dimensions: 3000 mm x 3000 mm x 2700 mm.
• The chamber is made of fire-resistant color steel rock wool panels.
• One side of the chamber includes a ventilation opening and an air exchange fan, with external smoke exhaust duct connection.
• One side of the chamber includes a sealed glass observation window for convenient external observation.
• Enlarged chamber door for easy loading and unloading of mattresses and sofas.
• Explosion-proof lighting tube is installed inside the chamber for illumination.
• Specimen support tray is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, size 2200 mm x 2000 mm x 100 mm.
• The support tray can collect fire extinguishing water and combustion residues and includes a drainage outlet to prevent contamination of the chamber floor.
• Stainless steel support frame for the tray, height 30 mm.
• Specimen support dimensions: backrest frame 450 mm x 300 mm; seat frame 450 mm x 150 mm; frames can be hinged into a right angle.
• Optional specimen support No. 1: backrest frame 450 mm x 450 mm; seat frame 450 mm x 300 mm.

• Independent gas control cabinet.
• Optional stainless steel cooling water tank with built-in stainless steel gas tube to maintain gas temperature at 20 C for more accurate gas flow.
• Imported gas flow meter provides accurate display of gas flow rate at 42 +/- 2 mL/min.
• Imported needle valve precisely controls gas flow.
• Burner made of stainless steel with outer diameter 8 mm +/- 0.1 mm, inner diameter 6.5 mm +/- 0.1 mm, length 200 +/- 5 mm.
• Burner angle can be adjusted horizontally and vertically.
• Gas outlet pressure: 2.8 kPa.
• Timer accuracy: 1 s.
• The test should be carried out in an ambient temperature of 10.0 C to 30.0 C and relative humidity of 15.0% to 80%.
