Product Overview
The TESTech protective clothing flame tester is designed and manufactured according to the ISO 15025 protective clothing burning test standard. It is used to test the flame spread behavior of protective clothing under small flame exposure.
This instrument is mainly used as a professional device for simulating and evaluating flame spread hazards of protective clothing, and for determining the ignition hazard of textile materials or other combustible materials with similar functional applications.

- All specimen holders are made of stainless steel and offer good corrosion resistance.
- Specimen holder sizes: 160 mm x 200 mm and 80 mm x 200 mm.
- Imported standard burner with nozzle orifice 0.19 mm; flame height horizontal 25 mm +/- 2 mm and vertical 40 mm +/- 2 mm.
- Test time is automatically recorded and stored; timer accuracy 0.1 s.
- PLC control system with touch screen provides intelligent testing; test data is automatically recorded and stored.
- Imported brand pressure gauge and regulating valve provide more stable gas pressure.
- Imported needle valve precisely controls flame height for greater flame stability.
