Product Overview
This heat of combustion tester for building materials is developed according to the requirements of GB/T 14402.
A specimen of building material product with a certain mass is placed into a constant-volume oxygen bomb calorimeter to determine the gross heat of combustion of the material.
It is suitable for testing the heat of combustion of building materials.
Equipment Features
- Mainly includes calorimeter unit, high-pressure oxygen bomb, cooling water device, microcomputer measurement and control system with curve recording and display, LCD screen, and software.
- Crucible is made of stainless steel.
- Cabinet has painted finish; all internal components are made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
- Automatic detection of ignition wire breakage and automatic ignition.
- Automatic flameout during the test process.
- Imported high-precision PT100 temperature sensor and 16-bit PLC temperature module ensure reliable and accurate measurement data.

- Adopts an isothermal calorimetry system with compressor refrigeration device to automatically regulate constant water temperature.
- Computer control system supports parameter setting and display, test status and fault display and query.
- Temperature data is automatically collected and saved, with real-time temperature curve display.
- Historical curves and data can be queried; data can be exported by USB and printed.
- Control cabinet is equipped with USB/RS232 ports and can be operated with an external desktop or laptop computer prepared by the user.
