Control Cabinet
- Standard cabinet structure with display, analyzers, control panel, and other operating interfaces arranged in a rational and convenient layout.

Gas Pretreatment

- Dedicated control system for laboratory instruments with user-friendly interface, easy operation, and precise control.
- Functions include instrument status display, calibration and storage of calibration results, test data collection, required parameter calculation, standards-based result display, and averaging of multiple tests.
- Upper computer communicates with programmable controller through RS485 communication module for data transmission and action control.
- PID temperature control module linked to power adjustment module for constant-temperature control through the programmable controller.
- Operating software provides strong data interaction capabilities and is suitable for scientific research analysis.
- Modular software functions allow independent analysis of process curves for each test dataset.
- Raw test data can be revised by parameter settings to compare differences in results for the same specimen and assist in analysis of influencing factors.
- Test report supports switching analysis between full-size graphs and thumbnail graphs.

Computer Software Smoke Toxicity Analysis System
- System includes tube-furnace heating control with two temperature control modes, both using PID control for user selection.
- Over-temperature protection automatically cuts off heating when tube furnace temperature exceeds 1100 C to protect the furnace body.
- Control cabinet integrates sample-gas collection system and pretreatment system so that data analysis and toxicity testing software can work together for data processing.
- Computer is equipped with smoke-toxicity analysis calculation software.
