Star Products of the Exhibition
1. Building Materials
BS EN 13501 Fire Classification of Construction Products and Building Elements
Featured Product 1: Cone Calorimeter
Product Introduction
Heat release is a core measurement parameter for evaluating the fire characteristics of materials and products. The cone calorimeter complies with all existing standards, including ISO 5660, ASTM E1354, ASTM E1474, ASTM E1740, ASTM F1550, ASTM D6113, NFPA 264, CAN/ULC 135, and BS 476 Part 15.
It can also be purchased in modular form. If a laboratory needs specific tests such as heat release, mass loss, or smoke generation, the required components can be purchased first. Other instruments can then be gradually added to the same test chamber to form a complete full-specification instrument.
Applicable Standards
ISO 5660: Reaction-to-fire tests - Heat release rate, smoke production rate, and mass loss rate
ASTM E1354: Standard Test Method for Heat and Visible Smoke Release Rates for Materials and Products
BS 476 Part 15: Fire tests on building materials and structures - Method for measuring the rate of heat release of products
GB/T 16172-2007: Test method for heat release rate of building materials
NFPA 264: Measurement of heat release rates of materials and products using an oxygen consumption calorimeter

Featured Product 2: Flooring Radiant Panel Tester
Product Introduction
According to ISO 9239-1, ISO 9239-2, and GB/T 11785-2005, the flooring radiant panel test is conducted in a test chamber under a specified radiant heat environment to determine the critical radiant flux of floor coverings under combustion conditions.
It can also be used to determine the critical radiant flux of cellulose insulation materials used in attic floors.
Applicable Standards
ISO 9239-1: Reaction to fire tests for floorings - Part 1: Determination of the burning behavior using a radiant heat source
ISO 9239-2: Reaction to fire tests for floorings - Part 2: Determination of flame spread at a heat flux level of 25 kW/m²
ASTM E648: Standard Test Method for Critical Radiant Flux of Floor-Covering Systems Using a Radiant Heat Energy Source
ASTM E970: Standard Test Method for Critical Radiant Flux of Exposed Attic Floor Insulation Using a Radiant Heat Energy Source
NFPA 253: Standard Method of Test for Critical Radiant Flux of Floor Covering Systems Using a Radiant Heat Energy Source
DIN 5510-2: Fire behavior classification testing for different materials
GB/T 11785-2005

2. Wires and Cables
Wire & Cable Fire Resistance Test Equipment Manufacturer
IEC 60331, BS 6387, EN 50200
Featured Product: Cable Fire Resistance, Impact and Water Spray Test Machine
Product Introduction
This equipment complies with the fire resistance test methods specified in BS 6387:2013 or the latest applicable version.
It supports the following test methods:
Method C: The cable under test is directly exposed to a flame at 950°C ± 40°C.
Method W: The cable under test is directly exposed to a flame at 650°C ± 40°C while water is sprayed using a fire extinguishing system.
Method Z: The cable under test is directly exposed to a flame at 950°C ± 40°C under indirect mechanical impact.
Applicable Standards
IEC 60331-1
IEC 60331-2
IEC 60331-3
IEC 60331 Part 11
IEC 60331 Part 21
IEC 60331 Part 23
IEC 60331 Part 25
IEC 60331-1, 2, 3 and IEC 60331-21

3. Protective Equipment
Fabric & Textiles
Featured Product 1: Radiant Reflective Performance Tester
Standards: ASTM F2703-8, GB/T 38302-2019, GB 8965.1-2020
Product Introduction
The thermal protective performance tester is suitable for textile and garment manufacturing, petrochemicals, occupational safety protection, quality supervision, inspection institutions, and related industries.
It meets different testing requirements for evaluating the thermal protective performance of protective clothing and provides a scientific and reliable basis for the development, production quality control, and performance testing of flame-retardant protective clothing.
It is used to test the thermal protective performance of protective clothing, safety shoes, gloves, helmet outer surfaces, and similar products under a specified radiant heat source.

Featured Product 2: Tester for Protective Clothing against Flame
Product Introduction
The TTech Thermal Protective, Radiant, Performance Tester is designed and manufactured according to ISO 6942 and EN 366.
The equipment fully complies with the test requirements of these standards and has been recognized by customers in Europe and the United States.
It features a user-friendly Windows-based application that provides heat control, fault detection, data logging, RPP system configuration, and burn prediction calculation functions.
User-defined tests allow operators to define non-standard test conditions and custom tolerance criteria. Multiple chart displays, zoom functions, and real-time statistical analysis are available.
This equipment is used to evaluate the thermal behavior of protective clothing against heat and flame when exposed to short-duration flame. A specified heat flux density of 80 kW/m² ± 5% is applied to the underside of specimens made from fabrics and other protective clothing materials. A calorimeter mounted above the specimen measures the heat transfer rate over time to evaluate the thermal insulation performance of the material.
Applicable Standards
EN 366
ISO 6942

4. New Energy
UL 9540A
Test Method for Evaluating Thermal Runaway Fire Propagation in Battery Energy Storage Systems
UL 9540A is the only national consensus standard in the United States and Canada specifically addressing fire safety testing methods for battery energy storage systems, BESS.
UL 9540A - Module, Cabinet and Mounting Level Thermal Failure Test System
Featured Product: Lithium Battery Explosion Test Chamber
Product Introduction
The lithium battery explosion test chamber is mainly used for thermal runaway combustion and explosion tests of lithium batteries.
Lithium battery combustion and explosion events occur rapidly, release enormous energy instantly, and generate various toxic and harmful gases. Therefore, when testing in a sealed environment, the pressure-resistant chamber must be designed according to the process of explosion impact pressurization.
Because the actual explosion energy is related to the number and capacity of batteries, and no more detailed data is currently available, the explosion test chamber is designed and manufactured with an impact pressure resistance capability of 1 MPa.
Impact pressure is characterized by an instantaneous sharp pressure rise, followed by a return to normal pressure or slightly above normal pressure within a very short time.
System Composition
The battery thermal failure test system consists of:
Explosion chamber
Heating system
Pressure detection system
Temperature detection system
Air purging system
Nitrogen filling system
Vacuum system
Gas sampling system
