Product Overview

 

product-309-220The TESTech furniture large-scale calorimeter is developed according to Appendix B and C of GB/T 20286-2006. The equipment can measure the combustion performance of upholstered furniture, furniture components, and furniture exposed to open flame ignition sources.

 

It also meets the relevant test requirements of GA 111-1995, ISO 9705-2, GB/T 27904-2011, and the test section of GB/T 25207-2010, Fire test method for full-scale room for surface products. The full-scale room section is optional.

 

The equipment consists of an ignition source, conical collector, smoke exhaust duct, fan, weighing platform, and measuring devices. The test system includes gas collection and analysis, gas control, weighing measurement, and smoke density measurement systems.

 

Temperature sensors, gas flow meters, gas sampling probes, and multi-stage filtered sampling lines are built into the duct to help ensure long service life of the analytical instruments. The Windows-based software control system can automatically acquire, analyze, and record data, and calculate heat release rate, mass loss rate, smoke density, and other related parameters, while providing detailed test reports and data printing interfaces.
