Product Overview
The TESTech Fire-Retardant Coating Tester (Large Panel Method) is designed in accordance with the technical indexes and requirements specified in GB12441-2005.
It is suitable for testing the fire resistance characteristics and fire resistance time of decorative fire-retardant coatings applied to combustible substrate surfaces under specified conditions.
The instrument uses a PLC with touch screen to realize intelligent testing and provide a convenient and simple operating process for the user.

- Stainless steel frame structure with attractive appearance and durable performance.
- The control cabinet is made of sheet metal with painted finish for a neat appearance.
- The test device consists of a test frame, burner, jet aspirator, and related components.
- The test frame is made of 30 mm stainless steel, with internal dimensions of 760 mm x 760 mm x 1400 mm.
- Asbestos pressure plate size is 900 mm x 900 mm x 20 mm, with a 500 mm circular hole in the center.
- The burner consists of two copper sleeves: one with inner diameter 42 mm, wall thickness 3 mm, height 42 mm, and one with inner diameter 28 mm, wall thickness 3 mm, height 25 mm.
- The distance between the burner and specimen is 730 mm +/- 6 mm.
- The nozzle length is 54 mm, with center hole diameter of 14 mm.
- Imported gas flowmeter ensures precise control of gas flow and flame temperature.
- Thermocouples are K-type sheathed thermocouples with accuracy not lower than Class II, and temperature reading resolution is 1 C.
- A total of six thermocouples are used: five patch thermocouples are placed on the back specimen surface, and one movable K-type sheathed thermocouple with outer diameter less than 3 mm is placed 50 mm below the lower end of the specimen.
- The timer error is not greater than 1 s/h, with reading resolution of 1 s.
- Blower air supply capacity is 10 m3/min.
- The microcomputer test system automatically records test time.
- The microcomputer automatically calculates flame temperature and records the temperature curve.
- The test time is recorded and stored automatically by the system.
- The fuel gas is liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas, supplied by the customer.
- The combustion chamber is optional.
