Product Introduction
In response to increasingly strict requirements from manufacturers and testing organizations to reduce flue gas emissions during combustion, TESTech has introduced a Venturi air pollution control system. Its high-efficiency pollution control system ensures that harmful emissions generated during combustion are minimized.
Corrosive flue gases may contain H2O, CO2, CO, HCl, NOx, SOx, HCN, and other substances generated during combustion. The pollution control system is capable of treating and removing corrosive gases or other required substances on demand.
Structural Features
- A. Material: the scrubber tower is made entirely of stainless steel material and can withstand high-temperature flue gas.
- Air volume: 5000 m3/h. Power: 5.5 kW.
- B. Circulating liquid layer: can be filled with tap water or washing liquid. Washing liquid provides better cleaning performance and helps protect the bottom of the scrubber tower from corrosion by incoming waste gas.
- C. Air layer: waste gas discharged during production or experiments enters the air layer through the inlet for treatment.
- D. Packing layer: filled with ceramic packing in multi-tooth TELLERTT shape. A viewing window is provided on the packing layer to facilitate cleaning of the small ceramic balls. Its main function is to disperse waste gas for full cleaning inside the spray layer.
- E. Spray layer: the spraying system uses stainless steel anti-clogging nozzles with coverage up to 95 percent. An independent viewing window is provided to inspect nozzle operation.
- F. Demisting layer: effectively filters impurities in the air and prevents water mist crystals in the waste gas from corroding the inner wall of the scrubber tower.
- G. Exhaust pipe: connected to the top of the scrubber tower and made of high-quality PP material with excellent acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance.
- H. Activated carbon adsorption box: filled with a large amount of activated carbon powder to effectively adsorb residual harmful substances in the exhaust gas so that the discharged air can meet national emission standards.
- I. Inspection port: an inspection opening is installed at the end of the exhaust pipe to allow testing personnel to check air quality.
- J. Circulation pump: recirculates the liquid from the circulating liquid layer through the spray nozzles, saving water consumption.
