Product Overview
The materials smoke production toxicity test device is designed and developed according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 20285-2006.
The device incorporates the moving-heating smoke generation technology from German standard DIN 53436 and the continuous mouse activity monitoring technology of the rotating cage method from Japanese standard JIS 1321.
It scientifically addresses the technical problems of quantification, repeatability, and reproducibility in materials smoke toxicity testing.
The system realizes artificial control of material decomposition rate, continuous preparation of smoke at steady concentration, quantitative description of smoke, and accurate calculation of smoke concentration and smoke generation rate.
It is therefore suitable for different smoke generation conditions of different materials, including different smoke generation rates and smoke concentrations, and for animal exposure evaluation over different time periods.



Technical Characteristics
- Temperature control range: 300 to 1200 degrees C; control accuracy not greater than +/- 1 degree C when maintained for more than 2 minutes, and dynamic accuracy not greater than +/- 2.5 degrees C.
- Ring furnace heating temperature calibration meets the displayed time-temperature curve and the actual measured temperature comparison chart.
- Temperature recorder and sheathed thermocouple.
- Quartz tube has high thermal conductivity, can withstand 1600 degrees C, and is easy to remove and clean.

- Computer control system for more intelligent testing; data curves are stored on the computer and can be printed freely.
- Temperature control thermocouple: 1 mm K-type sheathed thermocouple.
- Ring furnace heating temperature calibration displays time, temperature curve, and actual temperature.
- Temperature calibration reference includes a 1 mm K-type sheathed thermocouple (Class 2) and a temperature-sensitive sheet made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material brazed with high-melting silver.
- PID temperature controller provides furnace temperature accuracy of +/- 1 degree C when stationary and +/- 2.5 degrees C during operation.
- Motor control system automatically controls furnace movement; moving speed is adjustable and can also be adjusted manually.
- The system automatically calculates smoke concentration and smoke generation rate, and displays mouse cage speed in real time.
